Selection Process

    1. All jobs are posted on the Silent Eight career site and all hiring processes are competitive. We cannot accept paper or emailed resumes.
    2. All applicants receive an email confirming receipt of their application.
    3. Silent Eight team members review resumes and contact the best candidates for the available position via email.
    4. All interviews will be confirmed via email and conducted via Google Meet.
    5. A typical hiring process involves interviewing with a recruiter, hiring manager, human resources, peer and/or executive. 3-4 interviews in total. No big panel interviews- promise.
    6. Offer terms are discussed verbally. If an offer is accepted, you will receive a written offer of employment.
    7. A pre-employment background check may be conducted after the offer is accepted - it typically takes several days.
    8. Our onboarding tools and process will help you know what to expect during the first 30, 60 and 90 days at Silent Eight.

    1. All interviews will take place via Google Meet. Be prepared with the link and test Google Meet on your device prior to the interview.
    2. Silent Eight is all about ownership and impact. Have a few instances in mind when you have taken on something new or impacted the outcome of a project, product or business problem.
    3. We are proud of our technology and innovative solutions. Take a bit of time to review our website and online content to learn a bit about our mission and solutions.
    4. We love transparency, please be candid and ask any questions you have about us. After all, as much as you’ll be the focus of the interview, it’s also about what we can offer you.
