Role summary
We are an AI-focused fintech startup, passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality applications using Angular/React. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product owners to enhance user experiences, optimize performance, and integrate AI tools into our product. Key Duties:
Design, develop and maintain the applications using Angular/React
Collaborate with the lead developer and cross-functional terms to deliver high quality features and improvements
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices
Closing cooperation with backend team, designers, product owners
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices
Integrate with backend APIs and work with tools like Docker, Git and Gradle to streamline development and deployment process
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with designers using tools like Figma and Whimsical to implement user friendly interfaces
Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance product functionality and user experience
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth product operation
Taking part of the daily work of the Scrum Team
Writing unit / e2e tests
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development with Angular
Having experience with React is an added advantage
Strong proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, HTML and CSS
Experience with version control systems like Git
Familiarity with build tools like Gradle, Webpack, Vite and containerisation tools like Docker
Experience with AI tool integration or working on AI
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers using tools like Figma or Whimsicals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Jest or Cypress
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends
Knowledge of NX monorepo will be a plus
Knowledge of Cypress e2e testing or other e2e tool will be a plus
Knowledge of Storybook will be a plus
