We’re looking for Freelance Event Graphic Designers to establish long-term partnerships with our Design Team! As our marketing initiatives grow, we want to build a network of talented designers ready to collaborate on event-related projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design event-related graphics, including banners, backdrops, roll-ups, signage, and stage visuals.
- Create both print and digital assets for event promotion, such as invitations, programs, and presentation templates.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs or adapt existing designs to fit specific event themes.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct specifications, resolution, and color profiles.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure high-quality materials that align with brand guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Event Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production and the ability to prepare files for large-format printing.
- Experience working from a brief or adapting designs from provided guidelines.
- Ability to design assets needed for event displays, such as illustrations, patterns, or logos.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with prepress requirements and experience working with print vendors.
Timeline & Engagement:
- Due to the nature of our projects, we often receive requests with short notice (sometimes one day to the next). We will coordinate the delivery timeline for each assignment individually with each freelancer.
- At this point, the frequency and duration of assignments are uncertain. The goal is to establish a pool of freelancers ready to collaborate when our marketing team requires additional support.
