Enterprise Sales Executive

This position requires the individual to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment with minimal guidance. We are looking for a senior KYC/AML sales professional who is looking for the freedom to create their own success. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling enterprise solutions to Financial Service Institutions. They will also have an understanding of the broad financial services market. We will highly value an ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ level business users to sell based on business value. This is a remote position and it involves traveling across the United Kingdom, with the potential for international travel as needed. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to operate outside standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales objectives, as defined by the company
- Directly engage and build new relationships across all seniority levels
- Identify strategic opportunities for Silent Eight through a strong understanding of the Segment/Region and customer's business needs, leveraging our solutions across all product platforms
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results
- Present and demonstrate our fintech solutions effectively, showcasing how they can address the specific pain points and goals of clients
- Lead the development, negotiation and signing of proposals by working with various internal stakeholders and relationships with strategic partner executives
- Structure, negotiate and close partnership deals which can be executed at scale
- Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact the management, relationship and direction of the business
- Collaborate with wider Asian and European teams to establish relationships with existing clients also based in the US
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Advocate for our solutions at customer meetings, industry conferences, and develop reliability as a leader in the FinTech industry
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling software/business solutions to Tier 1/Tier 2 financial services clients
- Proven track record of selling $1M+ Enterprise or SaaS software/business solutions
- In-depth knowledge of new technologies and banking trends
- Existing relationships with C-level executives and strong network in the Financial Services Industry in the US and internationally
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a consultative approach to closing business
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
- Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing talent
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships with clients
- Individual contributor mentality and problem-solving skills
Interview Process

Initial Introduction with People Operations
- During this step, you will have an initial 30-min conversation with the Recruiting Partner. You will learn more about the Company, its culture and the team. We will learn more about your background and interest in this position.
- Panel Discussion with Team Members
- This 45-min discussion will take place with two members of our team. They will delve deeper into your experience and will also provide additional details on the role.
- Meeting with Revenue Leadership
- This 30-min meeting will provide an opportunity for you to meet with a member of our Revenue Leadership team and will provide an opportunity for you to gain additional insight into our organization and needs for this role.
- Final Interview and Presentation
- This hour-long meeting will begin with a 30-minute presentation to a panel of four team members. The presentation will be on one of two topics (we will discuss this more in your initial conversation with People Ops). The final hour will be spent with our CEO and COO.
